Can I create different memberships for different facilities?
Yes. Each tariff is fully configurable with its own pricing, billing cycle, booking credits, and access rules. You can run completely different packages for different member segments.
What happens when I deactivate an old tariff?
Deactivating a tariff hides it from new signups but does not affect existing members on that tariff. Their billing, access, and booking credits continue unchanged.
Can members upgrade or downgrade their membership?
Yes. Use the New Sale function to transition a member to a different tariff. Billing amounts, booking credits, and access permissions update simultaneously.
